U.S. Supreme Court

     Unlike the Executive or Legislative Branches, the Judges for the Supreme Court are appointed by the President and are approved by the Senate.  Judges are appointed for life.  They have the power to declare laws constitutional or unconstitutional and put an impeachment in trial.
